Emergencies may consist of the following:

  • Parkade door that is ajar and will not close.
  • A broken window or smashed entry door to the Common Property.
  • Electronic Keys / Key will not open entry doors to the Common Property.
  • Extensive wind or storm damage to Common Property (Example: Tree falling on Building)
