Please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions with our Online Condominium Document Service:
  • By completing the “Customer Information” on the “Purchase Condominium Documents” page, you solemnly declare that you are the Legal Unit Owner or the Legal Representative for the Unit Owner and are hereby authorized to request, retrieve, and acquire Condominium Documents for your / their specific Condominium Corporation.
  • If there is a concern with legality, proof of the authorization may be required by CS Management Inc. The authorized representative will be required to provide a form of documentation such as a real estate agreement, power of attorney or legal binding contract.
  • CS Management Inc. will provide the Condominium Documents as requested and process each request accordingly and within the specified time. A “Rush Fee” will be applied to requests that are time sensitive.
  • All requests that have been submitted and paid for are considered final. No refunds, returns and exchanges will be honored after payment has been made.
  • All Requests shall be picked up within 10 days of completion.
