Electrical Emergency
An electrical emergency may consist of the following:
- No power to the Common Property or onsite lighting.
- Evidence of burning electrical wires of plug ins.
- Breaker panel inside your Unit is extremely hot.
- Flickering lights or sparks in your breaker panel.
